About the Journal

 Scope:- Madda Walabu University publishes the double-blind, peer-reviewed Journal of Equity in Sciences and Sustainable Development (JESSD) twice a year. Original research findings, review papers, and brief communications are all published in the cross-disciplinary Journal of Equity in Sciences and Sustainable Development. The Journal serves as a forum for the discussion of key developments in the domains of engineering, science, technology, business, education, the humanities, law, the environment, and sustainable development. Papers from researchers working in a range of academic institutions, industries, companies, public and private sectors, etc., with a focus on domestic or worldwide issues, are accepted for publication.

Plagiarism Policy: There is no tolerance for plagiarism at Archives of the Journal of Equity in Sciences and Sustainable Development (JESSD). All abstracts, hypotheses, observations, results, conclusions, and recommendations must adhere to the "Zero Tolerance Policy on Plagiarism" and be free of any instances of plagiarism. Plagiarism should not exceed 10% in the introduction, methodology, and explanation of the results. Therefore, the authors are urged to closely adhere to the "Zero Tolerance Policy on Plagiarism" and only ever turn in genuine, original work.

Open Access Policy and Creative Commons Licensing: JESSD offers open access to its materials in accordance with the recommendations of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). It operates under the tenet that research should be openly accessible to the general public and the scientific community, and JESSD is a major proponent of the cross-continental exchange of knowledge. The articles are made available under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, which permits people to share, modify, build upon, and sell the work so long as proper attribution is given.

Article Processing Charge (APC):-JESSD publishes all papers without charging an Article Processing Charge (APC). It won't impose any sort of processing fee.

All the confidentialities and anonymity of the subjects and organizations must be ensured. Only original research papers arranged in line with JESSD format will be accepted. Manuscripts are considered on the understanding that their contents have not been published elsewhere or are not be submitted to other journals for publication. All papers accepted for publication in this journal becomes the property of JESSD.
